Dr Durkes treated Lex (Blonde Brindle Pit Bull) for Hip Displaysia & Spondylosis in 2008.

Dr Durkes essentially saved Lex's Search and Rescue career, enabling him to go on to assist in solving 3 more missing persons cases.
In 2009 Dr Durkes treated Lex for epilepsy.
Lex passed away in 2010.
